1. Who we are. TaqueroFinder (tacofinder.lol) is an independent directory based in California. Contact: contact@tacofinder.lol.
2. What the site does. A free directory of taco caterers and taqueros in Southern California. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a taquero.
3. No guarantees. Listings are provided "as is." We don't guarantee accuracy, food safety, availability, or quality.
4. Listing your business. If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm the information is true and that you're allowed to share any photos you send. We may edit, refuse, or remove listings. You can remove yours at any time.
5. Public-source listings. If your business appears and you want it changed or removed, use the Remove or Update My Listing page or email contact@tacofinder.lol. We act within 7 days.
6. Acceptable use. No scraping, false information, harassment, or spam sent to listed businesses.
7. Paid features. Featured spots or lead fees, if offered later, show price and terms before purchase. Searching and basic listings stay free.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for harm from using the site or from arrangements made with a listed business. Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
