• What we collect. From businesses: business name, contact details, links, cities served, prices and photos you send us. Some business details come from public sources until you claim your listing. From visitors: what you type into our forms. Automatically: basic usage data from our host (Cloudflare) and, if ads are shown, from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve ads. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• How we use it. To run the directory, confirm listing details, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
• Who we share it with. The services that run the site (Cloudflare for hosting, Tally for forms, Google for ads and email), and authorities when the law requires it.
• How long we keep it. Form submissions: 12 months. Listing data: while the listing is live, then 30 days after removal.
• Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA). You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information. Email contact@tacofinder.lol; we respond within 45 days.
• Removal. Any business can ask us to remove its listing, no reason needed.
• Children. The site isn't meant for anyone under 18.
